I saw my Walton consultant Lusi yesterday regarding liquidating a landbanking project I have with her so that I have sufficient cash to finance the downpayment of my house as well as renovation work.
I called her a few weeks back and she did some checking for me.
Yesterday, she gave her advice and I’m quite happy with the solution she came back with.
But I’m praying for 3 things to happen:
- A lower legal fee than was calculated.
- The US exchange rate will be at its peak when I receive my monies.
- The paperwork from US will arrive in Singapore by end July 09.
The first 2 prayer items were to maximize the amount of monies coming back to me.
The last item is so that I don’t have to borrow a bridging loan from my brother. I can also repay my sister the loan that I got from her earlier.
I claim Abba God’s promise to be a “borrower of none“.
I also thank God that I met Lusi and appointed her my consultant to look after my Walton investments. She is really one of the best consultants I have ever met.
