As more and more websites mushroomed in the World Wide Web, I wonder if these websites made money. I meant those websites set up by individuals. What most people consider personal websites. Do they create websites merely for the fun of it?
Some I guess do. But most, I suspect, are like me. I want to make some money from cyberspace.
I do not doubt big corporations and businesses can make money, but they also spend a lot to advertise their websites. Average Janes like me do not have the money.
The problem with personal websites are they do not tell you how well they are doing. One can only guess that they must be making enough because their websites are still there.
Those that do tell you that they are making good money from their websites are frequently those who are trying to sell me their “Make Money from Internet” books or systems. They seem genuine until you look closer and realize that they are asking you to pay them to teach you to sell their systems to others.
That’s not really teaching. It is cloning. It is unnatural even for cyberspace.
So, what about real online businesses? Surely there must be information out there that can tell me how they are doing.

When I was still trying to decide whether to use Site Build it to create a website that makes money, I printed and read all the available case studies here. It was not until I was satisfied that these people being showcased were ordinary blokes did I finally buy a Site Build it site.
